The weather-persons are starting to wise up.  The forecast now shows thunder-storms likely every day from now until, well, from now on.

I've spent an unholy amount of time toying with Google SketchUp.  Such an amazing program.  And free.  Interior, exterior, landscaping, sun/shadow tracking (including time of day, day of year, latitude).  Did I mention free -- if you don't count the vast un-recoupable time I've spent.

There are a few pictures here, but you need to play with this program "live" to see how much difference the real time full 3-D makes in getting a feel for an object.
