Modern art or radiant heat? Cory managed to get all of the pex tubing installed for the radiant heat on Monday, June 22. There are four zones, which are further subdivided into halves by manifolds. In theory, this allows for eight different areas of heat control. For example, the master bedroom/bath/closet are all in the same zone, but the bedroom is on one subdivision and the bath and closet are on another. By reducing the flow to one manifold (and tinkering a bit) we will be able to keep it cooler in the bedroom and warmer in the bath, while only utilizing one thermostat and water pump/valve etc.
