May 26th basement floor slab poured. It had been raining the day before and I was a little worried about them getting stuck in the mud. But, when I went to work before 7am they were already there pumping concrete. The cement is easier to work early in the morning vs later in the day.


I wasn't there, but apparently they got in OK, but when it was time to leave, the pump truck broke off his rear step trying to get out of the front ditch. Chris had partially filled in the driveway but ran out of fuel for the skid steer.
